/tmp directory full

Hi , I'm having a situation here, my /tmp directory is just filled. I have tmpwatch setup to clean the /tmp but it doesn't seems to play the trick. These are some of the entries, are they ok to remove please advice :
parsedcal-%3A%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fcalendar%2Fical%2Freo6490lafe2hofq u3jaugfe50%40group.calendar.google.com%2Fpublic%2Fbasic.ics-1989
There are hundrads of such entries : pb.56ad1d3937fc7.335677.session

  Hello :) You can remove those files from the /tmp partition, however keep in mind it's possible some of those files are related to active sessions. Thank you.
