DNS setup questions

Hello, I've installed cpanel on my server, but I have problem with DNS, I'm not sure if problem is to my server or to ISP. My server ip: 91.186.xxx.xxx Domain: example.com Hostname: server.example.com Nameserver1: ns1.example.com Nameserver2: ns2.example.com /etc/hosts file content: 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost 91.187.xxx.xxx server.example.com server /etc/resolv.conf content: search example.com domain example.com nameserver 80.80.160.8 nameserver 80.80.160.9 nameserver 8.8.8.8 nameserver 8.8.4.4 local network server ip is: 192.168.0.50 (is behind nat forwarded router). Website is working fine in my country, even with different ISP website is ok, but website is not working in other countries, and when I check intodns I see these errors: WARNING: One or more of your nameservers did not return any of your NS records. ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond: The ones that did not respond are: 91.187.xxx.xxx ...

  Hello :) Is the IP address that's not responding added to the cPanel server? For instance, can you enter it in your browser to access cPanel/WHM? Thank you.

  Yes IP is responding, even from other countries, I also checked Ns Record Report, and for ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com it displays Resolved IP: No IP.

  I was checking server and maybe the time you tested was network issue, if you can now try, thanks.

  Sorry please check ip starts: 91.187.... (not 91.186) We also changed server, reinstalled cpanel with another domain name but, websites are ok in my country, but when try from other countries websites are not reachable, can it be blocked by ISP dns ports or something?

  Yep, that one brings up the cPanel default page.
