How can I close my Horde Email account?

Hi Everyone, A web designer created for me 3 emails accounts using Horde system. Now I would like to deactivate the account but I can't. The web designer doesn't respond and I try to look for information online but I can't find anything. I will appreciate if anyone could tell me the steps to follow.   Hello :) You will need to contact your web hosting provider to reset the login credentials for your cPanel account. It's not possible to delete an email account without cPanel access. Thank you.
