Shared Address Book error

Hello, I'm not able to find any special characters you've mentioned in the passwd or shadow files. But this issue happens on all the accounts under my server. This happens for all the existing and new email accounts added. -------- The operation "GET" "/cpsess7019845462/json-api/cpanel?cpanel_jsonapi_version=2&cpanel_jsonapi_module=Email&cpanel_jsonapi_func=delpop&email=test&domain=example.co&cache_fix=1454476028094" failed with a "The "jeffin" cPanel account does not have a shared address book." error. --------- Is there any actual fix for this?

  Hello :) I moved this post to it's own thread, as it's a separate issue. Internal case CPANEL-3594 should address the issue you have reported: Fixed case CPANEL-3594: Prevent shared address book error when deleting email account. Could you verify if the issue persists on cPanel version 11.54.0.12? Thank you.

  I had a similar issue on 11.52.6 and was able to resolve it with: mv ~username/.cphorde/horde.sqlite{,.bak} /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update_horde_config --user=username --create-defaults
