404 error with directory that exists

User is asking if there are name restrictions for directories. [02-Feb-2016 22:42:15 UTC] PHP Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'interchange/bio_boiler.txt' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/"Account_name"/public_html/txt/bio.html on line 12 If the user is using interchange as the directory name, I see this warning. If the user uses interchange1 as the directory name the process works.

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this PHP error occurs? Thank you.

  There should be no restrictions to the directory name, and the Apache log output does not suggest any conflicts with Mod_Security rules. You may want to consult with the script developers to help determine the cause. Thank you.
