Brute force checking was skipped

Hi, I just changed over to dovecot today due to courier being deprecated and am getting this in my 'maillog' file. I have restarted the 'cpanel' service and also flushed teh cphulkd database, does anyone know how to fix this? Feb 4 10:29:12 cpanel dovecot: auth: Error: Cpanel::MailAuth: Brute force checking was skipped because cphulkd failed to process "xxxx@zzzz.com" from "IP 'x.x.x.x'" for the "pop3" service.
