GRE Tunnel

I am configuring a GRE Tunnel because my dedicated server provider is out of DDoS Attack protection. I use my local ip as main shared ip so, here is the deal: -> I need to change all DNS zones of my domains to Proxy IP, I have around 300 accounts under my public IP, how I can replace these with a single command? It's a hard task if I need to do it manually.
