Horde doesn't open for one cpanel account, Roundcube works

    Hello :) You referenced your hosting provider. Could you verify if you have root access to the system, or a cPanel account with a hosting provider? Thank you.

    Yes I have root access on a dedicated server.

    I tried to run first /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-horde --force and then /scripts/fullhordereset but neither exist, any ideas?
