Email filter creation date

How can we check the creation date of an email filter? I have someone complaining about an email going that should have been blocked by the filter but it got through. I believe they just setup the filter right before the email was sent, so I'm looking for a way to verify the creation date of the filter. Thanks!

  Hello :) You can review the timestamp on the account's filter file in: /etc/vfilters/ However, you may need to search /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log to see when the filter was created. Thank you.
