Terminated account still sending email
We had an account that was sending large amounts of spam, and terminated that account. However, this account still appears under the "View Sent Summary" and the failed and deferred count increases with every report generation. I have enabled SMTP Restrictions and enabled the setting that prevents nobody from sending email. What more needs to be done to stop email from being sent?

Hello, Are you sure they are still sending emails, or are emails in queue from before the terminated account? 0 -
Hello :), Please check the Exim queue, it appears that the email is stuck in queue and exim is repeatedly trying to send it. Which might be causing frozen emails in queue. 0 -
