Can't send emails to outlook

hello everybody . i use wordpress on my server paneled by cpanel . i configure plugins for registering and "contact us" form . and after i tested it . the registration plugin should send mails containing verification link and the contact us plugin should send a mail to user confirm him that his mail has been received . this two plugins worked without problem on gmail and yahoo but didn't send mail to outlook users . after i tried to send an mail from cpanel webmail to an outlook user . the program said that the message has been sent but nothing received in outlook account . what can I do to solve this problem ?? thank you !!

  Hi, You can check the mail logs with your hosting provider as you have only cPanel Access Level.

  Hello :) Yes, please report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the server. They can review the Exim logs to determine the cause of the problem. Thank you.
