How to track email log

I am not really sure if we have what it takes to access the information or we need to talk to our re-seller to give us the information but we urgently need to know which IP address accessed one of our user's email account. We just lost 20,000 dollars and we would love to know if the culprit can be arrested or at least we confirm the culprit is not internal. When we login on cpanel the address remains our host name - Removed - Is there a way we can access the email logs? Thanks any help will be highly appreciated,I haven't slept for two nights now because of this,my boss needs the report ASAP

  You'll need to speak with your Hosting Provider about this. Your forum profile lists you as a Website Owner, as such you wouldn't have access to mail logs.

  Yes. You need to contact your current hosting provider, they can help you i think in this case.

  \ Do you by any chance have preview of how the log looks like,and what do I ask for from the web host in this case? My email is my username of the forum @gmail.com
