FTP cannot delete anymore

I have WHM 54.0 build 14. I think since the last update my pure-ftpd broke, I'm unable to delete files from FTP : 50 Could not delete test.php: Operation not permitted -rw-rw-r-- 1 d2cmedia d2cmedia 28 Jan 20 12:54 test.php Even when I change to 777, i'm still unable to delete from the account that uploaded the file. lsattr: -------------e- test.php stat: File: `test.php' Size: 28 Blocks: 8 IO Block: 4096 regular file Device: fd00h/64768d Inode: 31327562 Links: 1 Access: (0664/-rw-rw-r--) Uid: ( 553/xxx) Gid: ( 558/xxx) Access: 2016-01-20 12:54:14.000000000 -0500 Modify: 2016-01-20 12:54:14.000000000 -0500 Change: 2016-02-11 11:14:57.168288952 -0500 Any idea ?

  Hello, Could you verify if you are logging in as the cPanel account username, or with a virtual FTP account (e.g. user1@domain.com)? Thank you.

  I am logging in the FTP with the virtual FTP account. I'm able to upload and overwrite, not delete.
