ASSP Contact Info
I am looking into using ASSP for a new server I am setting up. I have some questions for the people that run www.grscripts.com, but can't seem to find contact info. Kinda hoping the people look at this forum so I can get some questions answered before I jump.

This is a faq page, not a forum. Has not contact info other than for bugfixes etc. on website and website does not allow for any back and forth conversation about services listed or support. If someone has some sales contact info for this company can you please forward it to me or if someone has found a different solution that provides end-user control and integrates with CPanel on CentOS that has more existent support and works well please post here. Currently on our old server we are using Mailscanner & Front End which does work well, but does not allow for End-User control. 0 -

From that page: If your question is strictly related to "ASSP" and ASSP Web Interface usage (and not the ASSP Deluxe for cPanel frontend) you can find an answer reading the ASSP forum and/or the ASSP mailing list or the ASSP WIKI. If you would contact ASSP forum and/or the ASSP mailing list report ONLY your ASSP version, please remember that the ASSP community has no idea about cPanel and/or "ASSP Deluxe for cPanel" frontend. DO NOT ASK "ASSP Deluxe for cPanel" support to ASSP forums or mailing list, they CANNOT HELP you, you may ask only ASSP specific questions.

it's not so, their support is excellent. Yor are confusing 2 products, "ASSP" and "ASSP Deluxe for cPanel" . ASSP is the antispam, ASSP Deluxe for cPanel is the ASSP frontend for cPanel. - They provide support to "ASSP Deluxe for cPanel", which is the frontend of ASSP for cPanel. "ASSP Deluxe for cPanel" is a set of php scripts which permit to run and control ASSP in your cPanel . - They do not provide support for questions strictly related to ASSP, there is a forum for this, i.e. if you a have a question about the ASSP GUI, there are tons of antispam settings there with included description.0 -
To be fair to the guys at grscripts, they don't write, or maintain ASSP. They just put together an implementation that allows you to use it with cPanel. There's a very large difference there. They do, absolutely, provide support for their script. 0 -
