can't access some folders

hello everyone, some folders in my file manger have permissions issues (php and sql folders) when i want to access them heres some screenshots : - Please attach images to your posts -

  Down below the reply box at bottom of this thread, to the right of the Post Reply button, is another button titled: Upload a File. Please use that for attachments. Thanks!

  What is the actual problem? The livechat directory looks like it has no index file in it. The second image, I've got no idea what you're trying to show us with it. More details would be nice.

  (php and sql folders) appear in file manger but when i try to access them by url they don't show

  Could you let us know of any entries to the .htaccess file within this parent directory? Ensure you remove any identifying information about your domain name or server. Thank you.
