Hello :) Is this a customer sending email to your server, or a customer sending email to a remote host? Do you have root access to this system? Thank you.

In that case, you will need to contact the support team for the company that handles that remote email server. The bounce message comes from the remote server, so if you are not sending a message with multiple recipients, there might be an issue they can help address. At the very least, they should be able to explain why their server is bouncing the message. Thank you.

Hi Michael Thank your for your message. But do cPanel have a limit for this too? If yes where can I find it? Just in case if I would need it.

Hello :) Yes, you can browse to "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" and modify the following options under the "ACL Options" tab: Maximum message recipients Maximum message recipients before disconnect (hard limit) You can find documentation on these options at: Exim Configuration Manager - Basic Editor - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
