Email Sent to Hotmail Issue

Hello, I have 2 servers with cpanel and both don't deliver mails to hotmail services. I have tried using Mail Delivery Reports, and when I type mail in search box I can see it is delivered. When I login to that hotmail account I cant find that mail in junk or inbox. I have written mail to hotmail support in order to check there, please help me.

  Hi, You can check the mail error logs with your hosing provider as you have only cPanel Access Level.

  I have root access to both machines When I test email server on MxToolbox I get SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner More Info SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS. More Info SMTP Transaction Time 15.454 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time When I check root@server [/etc]# vi /var/log/exim_mainlog on VPS which does not arrive in any mailbox or retrieve any error I get this
