Back up error

I get this back up error (XID zxqsmr) "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/ pkgacct" reported error code "1" when it ended. what should i do ?

  Hi, Please check the disk spase and disk IO status if it's reached 100 %. df -h df -i

  Hello :) Do you notice any additional information in the associated log file within /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup regarding this error message? Thank you.
