hey there iwas trying to update mysql through whm every thing was perfect until suddenly got that error and mysql server is not coming up again Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' here is upgrade log
mysql has failed. Contact your system administrator if the service does not automagically recover. MySQL did not start up after upgrade; there may be a problem in /etc/my.cnf. at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Mysql/Upgrade.pm line 800.
Any suggestion what should ido thanks in advance

  Hello :) Could you review /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err and verify if there are any specific error messages when restarting MySQL? Thank you.
