    Hello :) Do you notice any error messages when attempting to manually move the "/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SPF.pm" file? EX:
    mv /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SPF.pm /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SPF.pm-backup
