Hello :) Is moderation for the sender enabled under "Membership Management" in Mailman? Thank you.

Yes. The list owner is the only sender and hasn't changed any settings after having operated the list for several years.

You can disable moderation for the sender, to ensure it goes straight through without requiring approval. Could you let us know if that addresses the issue? Thank you.

    1. Why would mailman suddenly change behavior after several years of using the exact same settings? Has cPanel changed something? 2. Why do you think that disabling moderation will prevent discards since the discard function occurs prior to sending to moderation?

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine why this behavior is occurring? Please post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

To update, it looks like the issue is no longer occurring after removing the moderated flag for the admin user. Feel free to let us know if any additional issues persist. Thank you.

To be more correct, it looks like the issue is no longer occurring after we got the customer to stop messing around with his settings while we were testing. Thanks to the patient and diligent techs that helped to trouble shoot.
