Install PostgreSQL?

I have to add Postgresql 9.3 in the cPanel of godaddy VPS

  Hello :) Keep in mind the only supported method of installing PostgreSQL is via the following command:
  /scripts/installpostgres
  However, note this only installs version 9.2. You can try using the custom instructions from the thread referenced in the previous response, but keep in mind that method is unsupported. Thank you.
