Yahoo is blocking our entire domain
So we have hundreds of shared and dedicated cPanel servers that use the same domain for the base hostname i.e. server.hostname.com, server2.hostname.com etc.
We started to get complaints from users across multiple servers that yahoo mail was being rejected with:
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit

Hello :) There's really no additional steps you can take other than awaiting a response from Yahoo, and ensuring the servers meet the guidelines listed at: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation You could also change the hostname as you mentioned, or review the following thread for information about smart hosts for particular destinations: Forward certain domain emails to Smart Host Note this thread is an example, and it requires custom rules for your particular scenario.
