FTP error

One issue that I noticed is that I am getting an error message when I try to log into the FTP account. The error is a "530 authentication" error.

  Hi Michael, I am using the cPanel account username and password. I have also tried the ftp username and password that worked up until the redirect. Are you able to look at the account for me? Regards, Ciaran

  Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report the issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
