EA problem cant locate object get_make_options ??

Just updated cpanel to latest release and ran easyapache via CLI and on 2 servers it stopped at this point (just stops there and then times out 20 minutes later) -- Begin step 'Making Apache 2.4' -- !! Executing custom hook '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/before_apache_make' !! /home/cpeasyapache/src !! Done executing '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/before_apache_make' !! Can't locate object method "get_make_options" via package "Cpanel::Easy::Apache" at /var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/Apache/2_4.pm line 231.

  my /var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/Utils.pm was chattr +i and is dated aug 2015 so I suspect that's what's breaking EA .. and I am guessing that Utils.pm is part of the cpanel perl RPMs .. is there any way to refresh those ie. force reinstall of cpanel perl rpms?

  Anyway fixed it by copying an up to date Utils.pm from another server ..all good now.
