server Down

Hi one of my servers is down I check the status and I see some of these are down cpsrvd exim ... I restart it but after few days my server down again * Server Load 2.750977 (8 CPUs) * Memory Used 10.43% (3,425,284 of 32,836,372) what do you recommend ?
