Need to remove the sub-domain independency

Hi Just deleted the folder which was set as sub-domain, however when I try to recreate it I am getting error message that the sub-domain already exist and not sure where to find the depended files and folder, please advise.

  Hello :) You can simply create the folder via the "File Manager" option in cPanel, or through FTP. Thank you.
