Emails dissapear

First of all sorry if i misspell something but im not a native speaker. I have being used a mail account with the webmail service, but this weekend i realize that all the emails that i have been receiving are gone, they just dissapear and theres nowhere to found them, i can only see the daily emails and after one or two days the dissapear too. And before someone ask for it, they are not in the junk folder or something like that. I will like to put an end to this strange behaviour and if possible to recover my emails, anyone can help me with this?

  Check your email client is configured with pop3, if so probably it will pop out. You need to use imap. If this is not the case, you must check the automation scripts configured in your server.

  Hello :) Could you verify if another user has downloaded the email messages through a POP3 email client? Thank you.
