Moving Test Subdomain to Main Domain

Hello Cpanel, Over the last few months I'v been designing a new website via wordpress for the company I work for. [Removed Actual Domains] 1. How should I go about prepping the Old Site? (preferably dropping everything into one of my many empty subdomains) 2 How should I go about moving the New Site into its place. So the new site content is now at [Removed Actual Domains] ? Hopefully you all can be of help! Thank you, Brien
