Deleting a log file question

Can i Delete log file in CPanel? If I delete It can effect to my Site or Not?

  Which one are you going to delete ? it is better to keep the recent log file. You can setup log rotations. Deleting log files normally won't affect your websites. PS : You can empty the log file instead of delete.
