Email filtering - deliver to folder: Inbox?
A recent cPanel upgrade has removed the option to Deliver to Folder: Inbox. How can I get that feature back?
Details: My client wants to forward email to a list of addresses in other domains and also keep a copy of the email in the Inbox. If I set up simple Forwarders then some spam gets forwarded also. So I want to use User Filters: If not spam, then redirect to address1, address2, address3, deliver to Inbox.
I had this setup and working months ago but now I can't select Inbox from the drop-down destination list when I select Deliver to Folder.

Hello :) Is this account assigned the "Paper Lantern" theme? If so, when adding the filter rule, you should see an icon titled "Browse" when choosing the "Deliver to Folder" option. Thank you. 0 -
No, it's using "Bluehost" theme. I have no Browse icon when adding the filter rule. For "Deliver to Folder" I have a drop-down list that has Drafts, Junk, Sent, Trash. No Inbox in the list. 0 -
I forgot to mention -- this is the master account on a VPS. The other accounts do use the Paper Lantern theme. 0 -

I suggest switching the theme on this account to Paper Lantern, as it's likely an issue with your custom theme: Modify an Account - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.0 -
The problem turned out to be a WHM update broke Bluehost's custom cPanel theme. I switched the account to use Paper Lantern and I can now create Email Filters that deliver to the Inbox. Thanks to everyone for your replies. Getting me on the right track (cPanel theme) helped immensely. 0 -
I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
