Server "down" for some
Some users have contacted me on Facebook because the server seems to be down for them.
The server is working fine, but there's one thing that I've just thought of. It doesn't make much sense, but can CPHulk lock users out of a website? The IP-range of at least one of the users is blacklisted in CPHulk as I've blacklisted the entire LACNIC.

Suggest you consider disabling cPhulk, if you are using it, and then checking if you 'user' can login in again? Generally cPhulk will block a user accessing the "admin area" or backend (login) for a website, but not the website itself. 0 -
He's just said that he's able to access the web now, but it's going very slow (I didn't change anything). I suppose that it's an international network issue, because it has only affected latam users. 0 -
Hello :) You could have them run a "traceroute" from their machine to the server to see where the speed issue occurs. Thank you. 0
