Unable to send and receive mails

Hi there, Please could someone assist we are struggling to receive and send mails to and from our email accounts. We have been requesting assistance since early this morning. We are not sure if this is even reaching the service provider. Like most of us on mail this is our life line to the world and need assistance ASAP.

  Thanks for the response The errors is as followed when sending to another mail address "This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [Removed - Please do not post real email addresses or IP addresses]

  Hello :) Please report this issue to your web hosting provider. There are limited troubleshooting options for this type of issue if you do not have root access to the system. Thank you.
