Can this be done? Send from account IP using server host name?

I am looking for a solution. The problem is that I have a number of accounts that need to send email from their own account IP addresses. However the PTR for the IP addresses is the server host name not the account domain name. We are adding, changing, removing accounts often, as such I would like to configure this in such a way as it does not require frequent manual editing.
