Reject emails coming from external server on exim

I have a person with a gmail account spamming me. Daily. What i want to know if is exim can reject emails coming from address like spammer01@gmail.com[/EMAIL]? So far all i've found is blocking emails sent from exim server or to a specific exim account. This isn't what i need. I need to block an external email address from sending emails to me. Thanks!
