    Hi, Have you checked the account is pointing to your server IP ? Please check ping report for the account.

    Hello :) Please verify if the domain name resolves to this cPanel server (IntoDNS is a helpful website). Also, are the proper entries added to the account's .htaccess file? Thank you.

    Yes, DNS is/was setup to point to the subject server. The customer finally paid their bill, so we unsuspended the account and cleared the redirect to 127.0.0.1, which brings us back to why the suspension process doesn't work. We tested using another account and had the same results as noted above. The .htaccess file was not touched.

    Could you verify the version of cPanel installed on this system? EX:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
