Email reports show messages delivered incorrectly

When I look at the stats under View Sent Summary they appear way off. Looking at one domain in particular on my server and the report will show the same message (Sender, Recipient, Message ID, and time are all the same) 1000 times per message. This is causing issues with users getting blocked from sending email due to max defers being exceed quickly if they typo an address. Any ideas?

  Hello :) Could you provide an example of output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for one of these messages? EX:
  exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
