Where is the DB I created with mysql root ? and how to backup?

I was installing a CMS that required that I use Mysql root to install it in the user account It is installed and running but in the user account I can not see the database I can see the database in WHM phpmyadmin that is all My question: 1. The backup feature that comes in whm DOES it backup this database? How to backup if it does not? Where is the physical location of that DB? Thanks

  If you have WHM access, you can go to SQL Services -> Database Map Tool and select the user account it should belong to and then enter in the database name. You should then be able to see it within the account. The physical location should be the same as others. /var/lib/mysql/

  Thanks I did this and now in user cpanel when I go to phpmyadmin It is there :) However when I click on " Mysql database" in cpanel this is what I see in red The MySQL server is currently offline. DBDISKUSED opsis 455245 DISKUSED 455245 DB opsis USER roo Mysql server is online and user site is working fine ...
