NAT and DNS problems
Our first problem was creating a new Domain, when created, the DNS was pointed to the NAT and not to the Public IP address.
So, we had to substitute the private IP for the Public IP in Cpanel in the Zone File.
However, after we changed this configuration at /etc/wwwacct.conf adding 'ADDR - serverIP', everything goes okay, but now when we create a new domain, our Apache starts to point to the external IP address at httpd.conf, therefore, we have to change the file and fix the IP pointing to the internal IP address every time a new domain is created.
Is anyone having the same problem?

Hello :) Is 1:1 NAT enabled on this system? It's documented at: 1:1 NAT - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0 -

@cPanelMichael Hello, I'm facing problems with NAT IP. After created an account, it shows the NAT IP for that account, with is correct, but when I check the DNS for the same account, it shows the same NAT IP, where it should be my external IP, how can I fix that? 0 -

Do you have a corresponding public IP address associated with the private IP address in the /var/cpanel/cpnat file? You can read the contents of this file with a command such as:cat /var/cpanel/cpnat

Yes, in this file appears my internal 10.0.2.20 and my external IP 52.67.x.x 0 -
