Mails are forwarded but the copy doesn't remain on the original account

Hello there! I'm quite new in cPanel and I very much need an advice: I created a simple forwarder that forwards e-mails from Client1@domain.com to Controler1@otherdomain.com. The mails arrive to Controler1@otherdomain.com but they don't remain on the Client1@domain.com inbox! Since it is a matter of business security, I need to create such a tool very fast but without informing Client1 that this action took a place. Thanks
