page load time boosting

Hi everyone! I have checked my site (www.tricksnoffers.in) load time with pingdom tools. The page size of homepage is only 1.4MB but it takes around 8-10 seconds to load. Then i have also cross checked it with the google page speed insights. There it is advised to reduce the server load time. I heard the cpanel is very good hosting provider. Let me know at what time will it load when I switch to cpanel hosting.
