Relay access denied
Hello,
I have setup an antispam feature in a different server using Scrollout to protect a domain that we can call domainA
however when I send a receive a message to the address prueba@domainA.com
the antispam server receives the following error from the CPanel server:
Feb 27 11:23:46 email postfix/smtpd[14828]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mail-qk0-f169.google.com[209.85.220.169]: 454 4.7.1 prueba@domainA.com: Relay access denied; from=alengua@vo.pe to=prueba@domainA.comproto=ESMTP helo=mail-qk0-f169.google.com
You know why?
I also have another domain in the same server and the same antispam setup that can receive emails without problems.

As far as the log given says your domain/server don't have relay access in google servers. The google may be blocking your domains email services due to traffic, you may please setup DKIM and SPF records as google suggest for mass email services. 0 -
The messages are not being blocked by Gmail servers but by my CPanel server instead. 0 -
