Redirecting to default cPanel page while the website has dedicated ip

Hello I have assigned a dedicated ip to my website, first it was ok and i could enter website with dedicated ip, but now when i enter dedicated ip, i go to default cpanel page...!!! so i went to whm and checked ip and understand every thing is ok, but the problem exists now...

  How are you accessing your website with IP ? is it ?

  Hello :) Please try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via the following command to see if it resolves this issue:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
  Ensure you check from a new browser or clear your browser cache before refreshing the page. Thank you.
