I looked at the account properties in WHM and DKIM is unchecked.

Hello :) The "Reject DKIM failures" option in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" verifies DKIM for incoming email and will not enable DKIM for outgoing messages.
I also logged in as the account cPanel user and DKIM is also disabled in the cPanel user interface.

Have you verified the DNS for this domain name is handled by the cPanel server? If so, can you confirm there are no TXT records for DKIM in this domain name's DNS zone? Thank you.

I checked the Exim configuration and these are enabled: Allow DKIM verification for incoming messages Reject DKIM failures I went to the "modify account" and these are disabled (unchecked): Enable DKIM on this account. Enable SPF on this account. I then used "Edit DNS Zone" and verified that this particular domain does not have any TXT records. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you. PS: If its any help, this is a new server and this account was transferred from an older cPanel/WHM that needed to be upgraded, maybe that is relevant?

The DKIM is still in your DNS settings so if you use BIND then search for "Edit DNS" and remove it from there or "reset DNS" for that domain and if you use your hosts nameservers you will have to remove the TXT entry from there

You should first verify the cPanel server handles the DNS for this domain name. You can use a website such as IntoDNS to see which name servers are assigned to the domain name. Thank you.
