SMTP reverse dns and transaction time

Hi, i am getting the following, i have checked settings with another server and look the same, apart from the obvious i.e hostname what can i do to fix this ? Thanks

Hello :) Is "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam" enabled in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor"? If so, it could be the reason for the error message you posted.
