Transfer Tool cPanel Login Failed

for some strange reason, transfer tool didn't worked. Tried copy account using password option. Source machine runs cPanel too Account to be moved is around 6GB of php and pdf only, no videos or anything large single file, its reports generated off some custom php project.

its says connection timeout, but I've white-listed IP's on both old and new server. any suggestions ?

  Hello :) Do you have any rules added via the "WHM >> Host Access Control" interface (it's the interface for the /etc/hosts.allow file) to either server that could block the connections? Thank you.
