FTP Issue
Howdy!
I've created a FTP user that has access to my public_html folder through CPanel, I went to log into it, and it said "Permission denied" I repeated it to an extent of thirty million times, still nothing. I went to see if it was just FTP or that user, so I logged in with the root ftp and put that password in, worked perfectly. I've tried everything. Please help...
Oh, and hopefully I'm asking in the right place, if not.. sorry :(
Thanks,
Callahan

Hello, Login your sever through SSH with the root user and check our public_html directory permission and ownership. Also try to login FTP with the main cPanel account details and check if you are facing same permission issues with FTP. 0 -

FTP with main cPanel details logs in fine.0 -
Okay. You have root access of your server to check ftp logs and update here so that we can assist you on this. 0 -
Hello :) Could you verify that you are using username@domain as the FTP username instead of just the username on it's own? Is cPHulk enabled on this system, and if so, is your FTP user listed in the "History Reports" tab within "WHM >> cPHulk Brute Force Protection"? Thank you. 0
