UID of script is smaller than min_uid

Hello, I migrated a Joomla website from another server but when I load it all I get is a blank screen. After checking the error files of Apache, I noticed these error messages. Can you help me?

  Hello :) The log output suggests the ownership of your index.php is invalid. You can verify the ownership of the file with a command such as:
  ls -al /home/$username/public_html/index.php
  Did you copy the files while logged in as another user, or is it possible you extracted the files manually instead of using the transfer tools offered in Web Host Manager? Thank you.
