Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner

I know this has been asked many times here but I cant seem to resolve this issue. when I run tests on our domains (both shared and dedicated IPs) I get these warnings: Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner. Warning - Does not support TLS. May be an open relay. Exim basic settings: Advanced: WHM version: WHM 54.0 (build 18) any help will be greatly appreciated!

  You may pleas set the RDNS of your IP to the hostname of your server.

  Thanks for your reply. The IP address of the server resolves to the hostname correctly, dedicated IPs all have RDNS set up by the datacenter to reflect their respective domains. I think this is a config somewhere that I am missing because emails are being sent from their dedicated IPs but the SMTP banner is showing the server hostname.
