SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
Greetings,
I'm a complete newb boob and have been given a job to find out why a server is being ambushed by spam. I get many of these results (look at attachment) with a variety of Sender addresses and receiver address. Because of these, we are unable to sent out tests on websites because the relay limit is hit.
I do not know where to begin to find the source of the problem. The server is hosted by another company, and they are not able to help unless we pay then $$$.$$ a month to fully manage it.
So I hope someone out there can help me to understand how I can find the culprit.
Thank you.
